Seems like your history size is the default small size.
cause I have over 1000 of those “cd” command

Try adding this to your ~/.bash_profile

export HISTSIZE=1000000
export HISTCONTROL=ignoreboth
shopt -s histappend

you will have plenty of history to share then….
